Referral Program & Commission Terms

Transparent, bidirectional revenue-sharing terms for Oyster.

Direction A: Oyster → RL

Oyster receives 10% of the net Remote Leverage placement fee actually collected from an eligible referred customer. One-time referral fee, not recurring.

Direction B: RL → Oyster

Remote Leverage receives 10% of eligible net subscription fees actually collected by Oyster from an eligible referred customer, up to 12 months.

Referral Eligibility Rules

Referral must be approved by the receiving partner.
Referral cannot already exist as a current/previous customer, prospect, or pending/previous sales opportunity.
Referred company must become a customer within 6 months of referral submission to qualify.
No self-referrals: partners may not refer their own companies or entities where they hold a financial stake.
Commissions are paid within 30 days of placement fee collection per individual Partner Agreement terms.
Multiple referrals earn multiple commissions — there is no annual or total cap.

Submitted

Referral received and logged in system. Partner receives confirmation.

Contacted

Our team reaches out to the referred prospect for initial intro.

Qualified

Discovery call completed; client has an active hiring need.

Active Search

Recruiting process underway; candidate shortlists presented.

Placement Made

Successful hire completed by client; commission triggered.

Commission Paid

Partner receives commission payment per agreed terms.
